The lifestyle is changing, and the modern lifestyle is increasing. I believe that women can work outside same men

Equal right, women’s attention and families’ economy are three most important reasons.

             Firstly, we are living in a modern society, and modern society believes to equal right. On the other hand, women and men have same right in society. Women should work outside as men. In the past, women stayed at home, and did homework, but these days society believe that women can do many things as men. For example, in the past, there is not any woman driver bus, but today, there are many woman driver busses.

      Secondly, According to Massachusetts University point of view, women have more attention to many things more than men. They can do several works together in the same time with more attention. They can talk to each other, while they are cooking or watching TV. For example, my girlfriend could solve mathematics formula, while she was taking with me.

       Thirdly, as we know, the economy has an important role in every family. Women that work outside, they can help to family’s economy. Because they have income and can help to family. For example, my mother was a teacher, and she has enough income, and helps to her family.

   While most of people believe that women can work outside, the others believe women should be at home, and keep the children. Although, keeping children is very important, but when the family has enough income they can employ a baby sitter for children.

   In conclusion, the lifestyle is changing; Women need to work outside as men. Because equal right, women’s attention and family’s economy are three most reason for this subject.

Practice make perfect

According to Canadian's point of view, there is a direct relation between practice and perfect. In the other hand, in my opinion, people who have more practice can be perfect because their knowledge, skills and abilities will increase.

     Firstly, as we know, when a person does something, he or she can get more knowledge in that field. For example, when a teacher start his or her job although, he or she has information in teaching, but he or she can increase his or her knowledge whit more teach.

   Secondly, people who have a lot of practice their skills will increase too. For example, when I was working in dams project I did do something related to my job, and I was not good at that field, but after years, I was good at my job because I had many experience in that, and my skills had been increased. 

   Finally, ability is third part of these reasons, every person who has  some more practice and exercise his or her ability will increase. For example, one of my friends, when he was a child, his listening it was not good, but after he immigrated to Australia his listening is better. Because he exercised more than past, and his ability in listening increased.

while some people believe practice make perfect, other says talent is very important in human life. Although, this opinion is correct, but it is another history. Talent has a smallest role in this subject.

  In conclusion, everyone with more exercise can be perfect. Because he or she can increase his or her knowledge, skills and ability in during practice.

bluffers park

Actually yesterday was a good day for me because, I founded new friends. There were many students in this place that I haven't seen yet them. Yesterday I understood we have big community in my school. there were three principal reasons for coming to Bluffers park, weather,scenery and food.
In spite of , It was second time for me that I was there but I like that place because, last field tripe I did't know any thing about this place. yesterday I understood more things about this natural park.
I knew about culture of people that they are in my class. I knew bout their foods and lifestyles. In spite of , I didn't like chine's foods but I tired it. I understood chine's foods is delusions.
Weather was very calm, sunny and friendly. So after ling time, I could take sun shower on beach. it was very friendly for me because, my body needed to Vitamin D that I think to get it. However, I enjoyed it and I founded good friend that this will help to my future life that I will have in Canada. Now I have good friends in my new life.

First of all, I was excited in the morning, because I saw my teacher with a new car.Yesterday was a good day in the last week. I had seen like this field trip in the past. In my opinion, just one stand has been serious about hiring people And, it was a police station. I was there for two hours. Yesterday was an amazing day for me, because one of teacher helped me about evaluation my degrees. I hadn't seen on this subject.

Fundamental rights and reasons of immigration

In according human rights in UN, everyone has freedoms. Such as democratic, mobility, legal, equality, an official language, multicultural, minority language, aboriginal Rights. Some of these are accepted by their governments in different counties. And all of their are accepted by democratic countries such as Canada and USA.

In my opinion all of the human rights are important. But in my country, there is just mobility right, you can choice your place for living but unfortunately facilities in far cities aren't good. In my country there is a popular religion and it is Islam. In my home country everybody cannot change her/his religion if you want to change your region you must leave the country. Despite the passage of time, there are abolished law.

Although all of the human rights are important, but in my opinion equality right is the most important between other human rights. Canada is a developed country, there are fundamental freedoms in my new country. Everybody can choice every language, religion and etc, but the official languages for conversation and community are English or French.

As far as I am concerned, there are many different reasons why people leave their country to go to another country, every person has a good reason for immigrating to other countries for example Canada, But all of them want a  permanently better life. And they have been immigrating for the better life for, themselves or their families. Immigration is the most part of human lifes. When a person decides to immigrate, it is the most important decision in the all of life. There are many sacrifices people face when they are immigrants. They have to work long time for getting more money, but they don't have enough time for spending with their family.

I immigrated to Canada for a better life, for changing my life, but it is so difficult because everything is new. New culture, new language and etc. In Canada after years if you try, you have a good life.

RRSP, TFSA, and RESP

Actually we know economy is base of every society. People must work for earning money for better life. But there are some limiteds for this, people can work more and more when they are young. After 30 years they need to rest, but how can they earn money? How can they deposit? when they don't work. In every society there are some plans for people that are retired.

Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). Is a type of Canadian account for holding savings and investment assets. Second item is TFSA. In according my information Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) is a kind of account in bank. For example when everyone open an account in the bank, he or she must pay some money every month. But there are some methods for their don't pay any money. One of them is TFSA. Everyone can open this account in the bank and inspite of use this facilities, he / she can get interest of bank without paying any tax to $ 5000.

Next item is Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP). In my according searching in Wikipedia it is an investment vehicle used by parents to save for their children's post secondary education in canada. In the other hand RESP is An RESP is a tax shelter, designed to benefit post-secondary students.

In canada in according my search in google, there are 3 plans for more facilities for people that they will retire after years. One of them is 

In my opinion these facilities are base of every social society. And it will be better when people have more options.

Job fair

Actually there are many job fairs in Toronto since I have came to Canada. Scarborough GKM Community on January 23,2014 was first Job fair, Hamilton Convention center January ,2014 Etobicoke woodbine mall Thurs February ,13, 2014, Mississauga International center (Toronto Air port),Scarborough GKM community center THURS may 29  2014(10am to 2 pm). There isn't any entrance fee. In the other hand It is free. In according says Joseph our class will be in the last job fair in Mississauga. I think this is very good idea for newcomers because they will know more and more about the method of finding job.

In according about.com site the minimum wage is for Alberta. Actually Alberta has the lowest minimum wage between Provinces of Canada. In the other hand the lowest wage is for Alberta.  But the minimum wage in B.C is same with the O.N. Minimum wage in Alberta is less than Ontario. Minimum wage in British Colombia is more than Alberta. Minimum wage in Nunavut is more than Ontario. Actually, Nunavut has the most minimum wage in between provinces of Canada. The minimum wage in Manitoba is more than Ontario. The minimum wage in Ontario is less than Nova Scotia.

Concert Hamilton

Yesterday we went to Hamilton children's choirs. It was very fantastic for me because It was first time for me. Actually I haven't ever been in live concert. In the morning I thought It is a concert for children that has cancer. But after concert I understood to mistake. World of concert and cancer is almost same. In my opinion the best skill in choir group is management. It is very important for working group. Yesterday I understood there is a big city underground It's amazing. maybe in future I go to there.  

Library

First of all I want to say field trips are very important, Because we will know more and more about our new country. These days are good times for knowing more about our new place.
In my opinion the most part of every society is education. How can we increase the level of education? And how can we increase the quality of life? answer is education. But how? with increase libraries.
In my opinion the best library I have ever read is Toronto reference library. Very good library with the good book all of world even Iran" my home country ". But there was a good part, it was ESL part. Very important for every one that English is her/ his second language. I found good books about listening. And I spoke with one of the staffs about ESL part and Iranian books. There were many good parts in library such as, 3D printer. You can make every thing with this modern technology . There were educational parts such as micro soft skills class, finding job class for newcomers. There were many facilities in library. In the other hand waiting line is minimum. There were 3 machines with scanner for inputting book information in system specially you can return books in every branch in Toronto. Very good facilities for people honestly speaking i really enjoy it.
